LayerGap is designed to separate participant invitation/completion records from survey answer records. Company administrators receive aggregated reporting rather than a participant-to-answer mapping.
Account data, company configuration, participant invitation data, questionnaire responses, billing identifiers, operational logs, and security/audit information.
To provide the LayerGap service, authenticate company users, deliver invitations and checks, process subscriptions, protect the service, and generate aggregate information-integrity reporting.
Matched reporting results are suppressed when the response counts do not meet the workspace minimum. Small-group privacy can still be affected by organizational context, so customers should avoid using LayerGap to identify individual respondents.
Production deployments may use hosting/database providers, Stripe for billing, and Resend for transactional email. Add the final production vendors and subprocessors before launch.
Add your legal business name, mailing address, privacy contact email, retention schedule, jurisdiction-specific rights, and deletion process before launch.
